How did you learn about Art of Hosting (please add the date and place) and what attracted you to it?

I became aware of AOH through emails from The Berkana Institute, and attended last year's (Autumn 2009) convening in Naniamo, BC as well as this year on Bowen Island, BC.

Tell us about your experience with Art of Hosting as part of your life and work. What would you say your competence in it is? (new, starting practitioner, experienced practitioner, steward)

I am an 'experienced practioner' having convened Circles and workshops for years. I have 'participated' and 'assisted' in other aspects of this work, and consider myself a 'starting practitioner' with that.

What is the primary field/topic/focus in your hosting work?

.....hhmmmnnn.....Peace, Reconciliation, Compassion, Self-Healing, Empowerment....to start.
