How did you learn about Art of Hosting (please add the date and place) and what attracted you to it?
I went to a AoH workshop held in HK 15Dec12. I find AoH a really great learning community for the tools and philosophy of participatory leadership. I am a co-founder of a young social entrepreneurs network where it is very flat and we value a lot the team and organization culture. To nurture entrepreneurs, one big part is to manage the team and culture. AoH's tools are very relevant and align to what our organization is doing and focusing.
Tell us about your experience with Art of Hosting as part of your life and work. What would you say your competence in it is? (new, starting practitioner, experienced practitioner, steward)
New. Though I freshly encounter the AoH concepts, our network embrace similar value of AoH. We have enable everybody to have a say, have frequent conversation and have common vision and values. AoH helps us to systematically achieve the ideal community.

Welcome to the Art of Hosting community, Carmen! Glad to see you here (and at the workshop in Hong Kong)! Please post a photo when you can so we can really "see" you here. Then join in with all the conversations. You'll find plenty of resources here, too, to help you deepen your practice. And the more you add to your profile, the more the community can learn from you and share with you.
