How did you learn about Art of Hosting (please add the date and place) and what attracted you to it?

A meeting related to Leadership in youth irganization in Girl Guiding environment included in the project about Coeducation developed by 4 National Asociations.

Tell us about your experience with Art of Hosting as part of your life and work. What would you say your competence in it is? (new, starting practitioner, experienced practitioner, steward)

Some of the skills I received in that meeting, were used by me during my training activities inside the "School of Leaders" we have in our association.
We can develope these activities in Non Formal trainings but in official courses.

What is the primary field/topic/focus in your hosting work?

The posibility of develope leadership skills in young people to improve the work with the children and young people they are working with.
