I learned about it in an AoH meeting at the SPES seminar hotel in Upper Austria.

Tell us about your experience with Art of Hosting as part of your life and work. What would you say your competence in it is? (new, starting practitioner, experienced practitioner, steward)

AoH deeply changed they way I want to work. I will try implement it in the company I work for.

What is the primary field/topic/focus in your hosting work?

Enable people to step back from the front line and lead through opening spaces for conversations that matter.
