How did you learn about Art of Hosting (please add the date and place) and what attracted you to it?: Participation in a health leadership program in el paso. Learned of Art of Hosting at Tucson retreat of our leadership group in October 2011

Tell us about your experience with Art of Hosting as part of your life and work. What would you say your competence in it is? (new, starting practitioner, experienced practitioner, steward): New. Want to learn more.

What is the primary field/topic/focus in your hosting work?: Medical talent retention. Community health improvement.

Are there interests/passions that you'd like to share?: Anyone who is in an administrative capacity knows that we have become a "manage by email/text" workforce. I want to learn how to talk to people again, to experience the give and take (and uncertainty) of face-to-face communication.

On a parallel note, I am really glad you got to enjoy your morning coffee in Wellington, Florida, watching horses living a healthy life, with herd buddies, as all horses should.
