How did you learn about Art of Hosting (please add the date and place) and what attracted you to it?: My colleague, Michele Martin suggested the site to me. I have initiated several community's of practice and online communities. I see an opportunity to learn and contribute.

Tell us about your experience with Art of Hosting as part of your life and work. What would you say your competence in it is? (new, starting practitioner, experienced practitioner, steward): I"d say I'm more an experienced practitioner. I've worked in the non profit sector all my career and about 3 years ago moved to the consulting world and now work with small and medium businesses and non profits helping them integrate social tech into their operations and also coach staff on using these tools for work and personal learning.

What is the primary field/topic/focus in your hosting work?: I'm currently exploring social artistry as a domain. Etienne Wenger and Nancy White have written about this domain and I'm keen to participate in a community of people interested in this area.

Where do you live/work?: I live in Aurora ON, Canada, just north of Toronto, ON, Canada

Are there interests/passions that you'd like to share?: Tennis, cooking, gardening and family
