How did you learn about Art of Hosting (please add the date and place) and what attracted you to it?: I learned about Art of Hosting from colleagues and then participated, shared and learned at the Calgary A of H Jan 11to 14, 2011.

Tell us about your experience with Art of Hosting as part of your life and work. What would you say your competence in it is? (new, starting practitioner, experienced practitioner, steward): I am an experienced facilitator in helping people engage in meaningful, beneficial, and productive conversations. I serve groups with beliefs and approaches similar to the Art of Hosting. Now that I am part of the A of H community, I will integrate its framework with more intention into my practice.

What is the primary field/topic/focus in your hosting work?: I work as a process facilitator primarily with groups of people in non-profit and government organizations. Focus areas include strategic planning, team building, concilitation, community development, community leadership, community engagement, and coaching.
