Tell us about your experience with Art of Hosting as part of your life and work. What would you say your competence in it is? (new, starting practitioner, experienced practitioner, steward)
In my work with learner-centered education nationally and globally, I have used many of the world cafe and related concepts in professional development activities for teachers, educators at other levels, community groups and parents, students, and others interested in true transformation of our educational systems, cradle to grave or career.
What is the primary field/topic/focus in your hosting work?
K-12 and higher education plus vocational and community colleges are the primary audiences. The focus in on empowering all learners to be leaders and change agents in transformations of our existing dysfunctional systems, and particularly our traditional educational systems.
