How did you learn about Art of Hosting (please add the date and place) and what attracted you to it?
At the AoH training on the Birds and Bees in Thailand where I was a participant.
Tell us about your experience with Art of Hosting as part of your life and work. What would you say your competence in it is? (new, starting practitioner, experienced practitioner, steward)
I think I would qualify to be an experienced practioner and a steward. I have used AI extensively in my work and have used world cafe too. At the recently cocluded Art of Hosting training I teamed up to host the OST. I am currently setting up the Listeners' Institute in the South Asian Subcontinent.
What is the primary field/topic/focus in your hosting work?
Hosting conversations to strengthen India's democratic process and to raise India to the power of Y. I work in the area rights and participation of children and the leadership of young people. I would like to be India's leading voice on the art and culture of listening.
Where do you live/work?
New Delhi
Are there interests/passions that you'd like to share?
Have listened to thousand of children over the last 23 years as a UNICEF Communications Specialist posted in two of India's most populous states. I am extremely interested in inclusion issues and work closely with two large inclusion networks in the country.
