How did you learn about Art of Hosting (please add the date and place) and what attracted you to it?: I participated in the art of hosting in Oslo 20-22 February 2011

Tell us about your experience with Art of Hosting as part of your life and work. What would you say your competence in it is? (new, starting practitioner, experienced practitioner, steward): I am an experienced, senior advisor in Learning and Development. Developing people around me is my interest and have worked with it my entire career in different companies and industries all around the world. Seeing people grow and helping, guiding and 'being a host' for them is the most satisfying thing in life.
I will now start using elements and techniques I have learned myself at the art of hosting and apply them in the work I do.

What is the primary field/topic/focus in your hosting work?: My primary focus is leadership development, culture awareness, performance management, team alignment and transition processes.

Where do you live/work?: I live just outside Oslo in Norway and work globally.
