ON CONSENSUS

A new handout called "The Top 10 Most Common Mistakes in Consensus Process and How to Avoid Them."  Tree Bressen was inspired to write this especially in support of the current Occupy movement.  A two-page quick handout can't replace a training, but it can help in the meantime.  It's posted on my website at:  http://treegroup.info/topics/Top-10-Consensus-Mistakes.pdf.
