Message from Laurence Lenoir, mid September 2010:
"Hi dear AOH Mates

Here are the main and key points of our late harvest, after a wonderful and very energetic session in Compiègne, last July

-          Purpose : live and share with joy the AOH methodologies

-          Intention : let emerge a BIG something in France, and in French

-          Place : so coherent with humanity in organizations and the pleasure of involvement

-          Process : U and a lot of adaptation, improvisation

-          Tools : world cafés, open spaces, AI, circles, stepping stones useful to prepare

-          Learning: host the hosting team as well as the group, as the individuals, Kairos//Chronos, appropriate
contribution of each one with own talents

-          Now, what : different questions in the document (see attached). In French, good to practice…

Lots of feelings and clarity from Ottawa, Canada where I’m settled for the following year.
The Nature mirrors the subtle Human Nature ! So many territories to explore,
deepen and describe.
