Bringing The Art of Hosting to Bulgaria!

We will be exploring the question:

How to focus our personal energies to move forward in a common direction?

Bulgaria is in a moment where there is a need for constructive and dialogue-based conversation on the most pressing issues of our society. Along with few others Bulgaria is named the poorest country in Europe. Many people feel they want to participate in decision making but do not know how exactly. Another aspect is the ineffectiveness of the traditional leadership in organisations where decisions are taken up-down and lecturing others is a norm (instead of engaging them).

So far we have Mary Alice Arthur, Marc Levitte, Marjeta Novak and Odysseas Valentsaz on the hosting team.
