Event Description

Everything we do starts with an invitation, whether it is planning a birthday party, building a team, offering an event or entertaining the thoughts and actions that lead to world peace.

Invitation is an art, and creating better invitations a necessity...

Everything changes when we move beyond invitation as a noun - something we send out before something happens - to  invitation as a verb - an embodied action that animates what's happening all the way through to completion.

Join us (Rowan, Amy & Chris) & our special guest Michael Herman in exploring the art and the craft of this crucial skill.

During many years now, I have been intrigued by what it takes to invite others. Invite into co-creation, participation, dealing with conflict and differences - understanding what the Art of Invitation is really about. We have now put together this short online course where we explore just that. What is invitational leadership and what is an inviting organization? We have developed this with the two people I know who have thought and worked most with invitation, Chris Corrigan and Michael Herman. Come join us!
