CONFERENCE THEME
Several themes are likely to emerge and be woven throughout the conference. In addition to these we invite water as a companion and metaphor to travel with us during our conference experience. Some Growth Edge Network members talk about how the network is like a ‘watering-hole’ a place to connect, replenish, and inspire, others express how water helps us discover new landscapes, some talk about the importance of water being in constant flow, and several people have shared a hope that our individual streams will merge and form a larger river that creates spaces and places for ourselves and others to take root, grow and flourish as developing adults. How does water shape your life and work?
We invite you to co-create a space where the emphasis is on learning and creating new thinking together.
The two day conference will offer opportunities to discuss practice, share innovation, and reflect on adult development theories. We will also experience the growth edge first hand.
Conference Purpose
To create a gathering where people deeply interested in adult development can come together to share our practices, deepen our theory, and build new ideas together. We will have time and space together to explore our current questions and our newest discoveries. It is possible that we will grow and reshape our practices and create new ways to be with, and collaborate with each other. This personal and collective experience is envisaged as part of a larger consciousness-raising movement on the planet.
Cost: $250 (AUD)
