Event Description

How does the leader of today step up and connect with others in wise, transformative collaboration?

We live in disruptive times. Politically, economically, technically, socially. Polarization threatens societal cohesion with its “us-and-them” rhetoric. The ideas of global connectedness and national identity pull in opposite directions. The sustainability agenda matched by a lack of action is disturbing.

So many people work so hard and still yearn for more meaning, belonging and recognition. The us-and-them rhetoric is taking up space while, simultaneously in workplaces and the world, we face numerous, complex and dynamic challenges. There are too many gaps, divides and imbalances between what is and what could be.

In order to face our challenges, develop solutions and identify new paths ahead it is time for individuals and leaders to step up and connect with others in wise and and transformative collaboration. We believe strengthening the capacity for Participatory Leadership is a solid step in the right direction. We invite you to explore the following questions with us:

  • How do we initiate and grow wise, learning and transformative communities and workforces?
  • What does leadership mean in these times and how can each of us claim our leadership?
  • How do we sharpen our collective awareness of what is at the root of our challenges and how we can meet it?
  • What are the methods and the practices that can transform companies, organisations and society?
