Art of Organisational Innovation, Change & Learning

Art of Organisational Innovation, Change & Learning is a training that arose in response to the urgent need to develop high performance organisational cultures underpinned by more emergent approaches to harnessing workplace innovation for sustained change and transformation.

Our focus together is the exploration of new possibilities in organisational innovation, change and learning.

The training will focus on strategies and processes for:

• Enhancing organisational vitality through the fostering of break-through thinking and greater innovation;
• Enhancing organisational adaptability and employee engagement for more effective organisational change and transformation; and
• Enhancing organisational learning experiences to deliver more meaningful, collaborative and integrated workplaces.

This training is grounded in AofH and will use these practices to hold a highly collaborative and experiential space that focuses on harnessing the collective wisdom within us all as we explore how to best implement these new possibilities.
