Training – The Art of Hosting and Conversations That Matter
Save the date for the first AoH-Training in Upper Austria!
What to expect?
- Learn to design, guide and support communication processes needed in groups of people to approach major contentious issues, create a common purpose and lead to innovative solutions and joint decisions.
- Improve your abilities to plan and support processes of self-organization and get to know the art of harvesting.
- Get an overview of the variety of methods and instruments you can use, as circumstances require: Open Space, World Café, Appreciative Inquiry, Art of Harvesting, Theory U, Storytelling, Journaling, Dialog, Pro Action Café…
- Receive inspiring impetus for creating your personal way of living and working, through an in depth exchange with other participants.
The core content is based on the following questions: What can we do to shape the change of our world of work? Which attitudes, approaches and aspects of cooperation do we need to make our activities sustainable? What does a change in nature and organization of work mean for me and my environment?
