POEM: Speak And I Will Listen

At the recent Experienced Practitioner Retreat (Daylesford, Australia) I wrote the following poem in the morning prior to the commencement of the Retreat. At the time I was feeling a strong sense of disconnect with myself, so wrote these words to calm my soul and still my mind.

Stillness speaks
and awakens the sound
of my heart

for those I love.



Nature speaks

and I listen,

deeply,

to its infinite wisdom

Conversation Harvest to the question, "What are conditions that allow spaces of non-judgment to open and remain grounded?"

Earlier this month, I attended an Experienced AofH Practitioner Retreat (in Daylesford, Australia). It was a wonderfully nourishing 1.5 days attended by just over 20 participants.
