How did you learn about Art of Hosting (please add the date and place) and what attracted you to it?: I attended the first Art of Hosting in Karlskrona, February 2010, and loved it! I then joined the great company and learning in Århus, what an experience!
It's so relevant to my work, teaching in a university with a learner-centered approach.

Tell us about your experience with Art of Hosting as part of your life and work. What would you say your competence in it is? (new, starting practitioner, experienced practitioner, steward): I have been working with some social technologies since 2007 (open space, theory U, world cafe, circle) and I have attended the first AoH in Sweden on February 2010 and the second in Århus, Denmark. I consider myself a practitioner and I have taught some basics of the AoH practices to a class of masters students over the last three years, plus in other settings in Scandinavia.

What is the primary field/topic/focus in your hosting work?: sustainable development, leadership, empowering emerging social change. I work with the educational team at the masters in Strategic Leadership Towards Sustainability and there is so much potential in coaching these leaders to bring into their path an initial interest in the hosting techniques. I hope to have the class interested enough in this to be willing to call for an AoH in Karlskrona every year (after the great experience of February 2010 and another in March 2011).
