Profile Information

How did you learn about Art of Hosting (please add the date and place) and what attracted you to it?
I learned about the Art of Hosting in 2008 and participated in my first training in March of this year. I have called it into the European Commission and since 3 years I have contributed to spreading it in service of strategic developments with a growing network of internal practitioners. I am now a steward of this art inside the Commission and connecting with the global steward circle.
What is the primary field/topic/focus in your hosting work?
- strategic organisational development
- facilitating large-scale conversations around strategic questions
- stakeholder consultation
- creating staff engagement
- collaboration across levels and departments
- development of networks and communities of practice.
