How did you learn about Art of Hosting (please add the date and place) and what attracted you to it?
Through a girlfriend who just finished her Master's and who told me she thought that the Art of hosting might be what I was looking for as a gouvernance structure of an action research project taking place in 5 countries (Brazil, Canada, Greece, Holland, Mexico) on integral education through ecological gardens in schools yards and in the community.
Tell us about your experience with Art of Hosting as part of your life and work. What would you say your competence in it is? (new, starting practitioner, experienced practitioner, steward)
I'm a new comer but I'm under the impression it shares a lot with permaculture principles and I just received my permaculture design certification this summer in Antigonish, NS
What is the primary field/topic/focus in your hosting work?
I have many projects on which I would like to apply the Art of hosting. Most of them turn around action research and environmental issues, food security, transition community, community autonomy, integral education and permaculture.
Where do you live/work?
I live in Grand Barachois, NB and work at the Centre of research and development in education at U of Moncton. I've been working in Brazil since 1999.
Are there interests/passions that you'd like to share?
I love my friends, cooking, gardening and Arts (music, cinema, contemporary visual arts, theater and dance).
I am from NB (living between there & Halifax) and soon co-hosting an AoH in Dieppe called the Art of Collaborative Leadership. Do you know about this? Here is the facebook event and online invitation. Are you coming to AoH NS? Perhaps people you work with or know would be interested in the NB training?
Thanks Ria for inquiring! Ernest Godin told me he had translated documents but I will also contact Jean-François Bouchard. Thank you for your help and have a nice weekend! All the best Natasha

Natasha, did you receive an answer to your question of translated AoH documents? Jean-François Bouchard is probably the best person to help you out.
With love,
