Welcome!

Welcome to this online forum for the Art of Collaborative Leadership convening in Halifax March 16-18, 2011.  Here we can begin to introduce ourselves, post our inspiration for participating in this training and practice ground, say a little about what has our attention right now and what we are hoping will come out of the Art of Collaborative Leadership.

We will be able to continue to use this space long after the training is over to share our successes, frustrations, insights, cool ideas and iterative experiences with all we practice and step into along the way of this journey.

Let us know who you are.  Begin a conversation.  Say hello.  Begin.

Another posting partly inspired by the Art of Collaborative Leadership and certainly inspired by the AoH work I do.  "Soft Skills", A Real Misnomer: http://shapeshiftstrategies.wordpress.com/2011/04/02/soft-skills-a-...

Could you share what you realised in your reflections Marcello?

The AoCL was a great opportunity to reflect on what 'collaborative' means. For me it was a very enriching moment, learning to share values, step in and out, letting others lead and leading myself :)
