The 2013 International Summit Conference on Compassionate Organizations is an Open Space exploration in which all who participate help frame the questions and explore answers that we can incorporate into the movement to create cultures of compassion.
No keynote speakers. No workshop presenters. No "participants." Instead, it's you and other colleagues working together to develop effective approaches for bringing compassion to organizations worldwide. The 2013 International Summit Conference on Compassionate Organizations is a working event in which colleagues join together to engage the convening question:
What can we do to foster cultures of compassion?
The conference is presented in affiliation with “Engaging Compassion” — the visit to Louisville, Kentucky by His Holiness, the Dalai Lama in May 2013. This is a “working” conference in which Thought Catalysts actively work with conference colleagues to explore the applications, roles, requirements, targeted outcomes, effective practices, polices, and other elements for creating organizational cultures of compassion.
The conference will be held on the campus of Spalding University in Louisville, Kentucky, May 16-18, 2013.2013 Compassion Summit web site
