How did you learn about Art of Hosting (please add the date and place) and what attracted you to it?
By attending an presentation by Mary Alice Arthur on 1st April where Ria Baeck was also present.
Tell us about your experience with Art of Hosting as part of your life and work. What would you say your competence in it is? (new, starting practitioner, experienced practitioner, steward)
As a change practitioner, I am using many different collaborative methods and I really enjoy this. From the World Café (which I experienced with 300 people), to change setter or AI, I continuously explore new paths. I would say that I am more in the area of experienced practitioner.
What is the primary field/topic/focus in your hosting work?
I try to integrate the AoH within more sequential approaches in corporate organisations. Most of the time, big organisations tend no to apply co-creation in their change processes, this is what I try to bring while speaking the 'language' of CxO's.
Where do you live/work?
Are there interests/passions that you'd like to share?
I have the great chance to spend weekly time sculpting, which is as creative as the AoH.
Together with my wife, we enjoy running a Bed & Breakfast, which is another way of practicing the AoH :-)
