How did you learn about Art of Hosting (please add the date and place) and what attracted you to it?
I took part in seminar in Obenaus in August 2018. "The Art of hosting (with) the field and the invisibles".
Tell us about your experience with Art of Hosting as part of your life and work. What would you say your competence in it is? (new, starting practitioner, experienced practitioner, steward)
I did not know the name. I studied the U-process in a seminar with Otto Scharmer, Peter Senge aso. In my change management practise with groups I very often, when I have selfconfidence, can connected me and the group to the field, the source. You can call me new with some experience.
What is the primary field/topic/focus in your hosting work?
Change processes mainly in classic (IT-) industry and also NGOs. Digital transformation projects.
Are there interests/passions that you'd like to share?
My passions: to stay vulnerable with confidence. Connect with open minded people. Connect deeply with even narrow minded people.
Interest: how to sell and apply the ideas and principles in a very conservative business environment.
How is everything with you, I picked interest on you after going through your short profile and deemed it necessary to write you immediately. I have something very vital to disclose to you, but I found it difficult to express myself here, since it's a public site.Could you please get back to me on ( mrjamespollard@yahoo.com ) for the full details. Have a nice day Thanks God bless.
