Tell us about your experience with Art of Hosting as part of your life and work. What would you say your competence in it is? (new, starting practitioner, experienced practitioner, steward)
Starting to experienced. Creating community and circles has been my life's work though it was only until the last two years I realized this. In particular since going through Coaches Training Institute Leadership program 2011-2012 have I become even more clear this is my work in the world. I knew I was to create circles growth and learning. This sent me on a quest of my own and now know it's teaching this work to other leaders to build their community.
What is the primary field/topic/focus in your hosting work?
Creating circles of leaders who create circles from their topic of interest/passion. It is through fierce conversation and connection can we raise consciousness, heal so others can heal, and come together as a collective intelligence for a sustainable, just, peaceful future for generations. It's the "Radical Ripple Effect".
Are there interests/passions that you'd like to share?
See above. Leadership (personal responsibility); transforming humanity, creating leadership circles of growth and learning for the sake of something bigger than ourselves, solopreneurs to teampreneurs, leading with a cause
