Rossello, whenever you have a moment - it'd be great if you can give a bit more insight about yourself on your profile here (maybe especially the relation and potential with the Art of Hosting?) and if you'd add a profile picture - i am sure you know and appreciate that from your community, profiles that makes it human and interesting to connect to :) and with a photo i can add you to our collage :)

and by the way, if you're interested in making such a collage for your ning, it's an easy algorithm that i'd be happy to share with you.
