Met with Toke and Monica at a workshop in participative leadership 2 - 6 of Febrary 2012.
Tell us about your experience with Art of Hosting as part of your life and work. What would you say your competence in it is? (new, starting practitioner, experienced practitioner, steward)
Started to hosting Open Space Technology in 1987 after having participated in the first conference in Europe (OT5 at Ashridge Business School, UK) that used OST. Have since then been hosting many OST and World Cafe's
What is the primary field/topic/focus in your hosting work?
Earlier a lot off different settings. Now mainly in a educational context though I am currently working at Sten K. Johnson Centre for Entrepreneurship at Lund University.
