How did you learn about Art of Hosting (please add the date and place) and what attracted you to it?: I learned about the Art of Hosting through my Executive MBA program at the University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA) in 2001-2003. I am attracted to hosting meaningful conversations and dialog.

Tell us about your experience with Art of Hosting as part of your life and work. What would you say your competence in it is? (new, starting practitioner, experienced practitioner, steward): I use various large group interaction methods in my work as a trainer and facilitator, using such methods as Circle, Future Vision, Technology of Participating, Appreciative Inquiry, Whole Scale, The World Cafe, and Open Space. I consider myself an experienced practitioner.

What is the primary field/topic/focus in your hosting work?: I am an international trainer and a facilitator of large group dialog/interaction methods.

Are there interests/passions that you'd like to share?: Teaching large group conversations/dialog and training people to use these various methods is my passion.
