- How did you learn about Art of Hosting (please add the date and place) and what attracted you to it?
- I learned about your community from browsing the web. I joined the community of participatory leadership while working as a national expert at the European Commission. Since moving back to Iceland, I have used participatory leadership practices in my work but have also been searching for opportunities to a) join international seminars and b) join a community of practitioners.
- Tell us about your experience with Art of Hosting as part of your life and work. What would you say your competence in it is? (new, starting practitioner, experienced practitioner, steward)
- I did three multiple day trainings in Participatory Leadership in Brussels and have tried to use the method since moving back end of 2013. I would consider me an intermediate practitioners.
- What is the primary field/topic/focus in your hosting work?
- education, entrepreneurship, sustainability, strategic management, change management, research, social innovation
