Profile Information

How did you learn about Art of Hosting (please add the date and place) and what attracted you to it?: Through Nancy Bragard about 5-6 years ago but I attended my first AOH training last November in Belgium and a second one (2 weeks ago) in Switzerland. I have felt attracted to participatory practices for a long time now and my encounter with AoH has (finally) made the stars align between who I am, what I do and where I am heading to for the rest of my professional years

Tell us about your experience with Art of Hosting as part of your life and work. What would you say your competence in it is? (new, starting practitioner, experienced practitioner, steward): I would say that I am a starting practitioner of AoH moving forward towards a more experienced one as I host quite a few workshops, trainings, meetings in the spirit of AoH. I have been working with change management fr some time now, and AoH is changing quite radically (in a good way) how I address the issues that my clients bring to me. I appreciate not being "the expert" anymore and co-creating and collaborating with all stakeholders involved or impacted by the issue.

What is the primary field/topic/focus in your hosting work?: It is accompanying the human side of transformations in organisations

Where do you live/work?: I live in Le Mans, I work in Paris
