- How did you learn about Art of Hosting (please add the date and place) and what attracted you to it?
- November 2009 in Ottawa and again in Junbe 2010 in Ottawa. The passionate way people spoke of their experiences with AoH events.
- Tell us about your experience with Art of Hosting as part of your life and work. What would you say your competence in it is? (new, starting practitioner, experienced practitioner, steward)
- I host training workshops, courses & seminars and some group conversations & other interventions. I considser myself a starting AoH practitionner.
- What is the primary field/topic/focus in your hosting work?
- Workshops, seminars & courses on topics related to:
1. leadership, especially executive leadership in the public sector
2. lifestyle, fitness & health, including mind/body/spirit connections.
I also coach individuals & groups. And I teach yoga classes and do personal fitness training.

- Anything that gets me moving my body around: cycling, skiing, snowshowing, running, strength training, yoga, hiking, kayaking.
