How did you learn about Art of Hosting (please add the date and place) and what attracted you to it?: I have been using some hosting techniques for the last five years. I heard about the art of hosting training through a friend 12 months ago and its taken me a while to get to do the training. I attended training in Melbourne in Feb 2012 and loved it.

Tell us about your experience with Art of Hosting as part of your life and work. What would you say your competence in it is? (new, starting practitioner, experienced practitioner, steward): I was familiar with some of the hosting techniques having used them at work previously but the training gave me deeper insight into hosting as a practice.

What is the primary field/topic/focus in your hosting work?: How to help leaders drive organisational change in a more collaborative manner. How leaders understand their own leadership behaviour how it shows up in the system and how others experience them and how to adapt their behaviour to work effectively in a complex system.
