Profile Information

How did you learn about Art of Hosting (please add the date and place) and what attracted you to it?
I got in touch with Art of Hosting during the training in Berlin 2009. Ever since, I am on a learning journey on dialogue processes, co-creation, participatory leadership and authenticity. I recognized a spirit I have experienced before in projects and the way of being with my mates.
Tell us about your experience with Art of Hosting as part of your life and work. What would you say your competence in it is? (new, starting practitioner, experienced practitioner, steward)
Since 2010 I work a freelance facilitator, process designer, trainer, political consultant, university teacher and advisor. In all those aspects of my work the principles of Art of Hosting play an important role. In November 2011 I was a part of the calling team and an apprantice during the second AoH-training in Berlin. I consider myself a quite experienced practitioner looking for more :)
What is the primary field/topic/focus in your hosting work?
So far, the primary focus of my work is intercultural communication, leadership in Global Governance, and organizational development.
Where do you live/work?
I live in Berlin, Germany.
Are there interests/passions that you'd like to share?
I am deeply interested in all kinds of technologies, methods and games that foster an authentic moments between people. I am fascinated by the role the body plays in this and experiment with Tango and the work of Arwana Hayashi.
