How did you learn about Art of Hosting (please add the date and place) and what attracted you to it?: I had heard of Art of Hosting through LinkedIn and from colleagues doing cross-cultural work. My first workshop with AoH was in Paris on May 28-30, 2015.

Tell us about your experience with Art of Hosting as part of your life and work. What would you say your competence in it is? (new, starting practitioner, experienced practitioner, steward): Starting practitioner. I''ve been training and leading groups for a number of years, and the posture of a facilitator comes easily to me, but the art of hosting is definitely an art and I am just starting to learn it!

What is the primary field/topic/focus in your hosting work?: Supporting women's voices in business, generating better communication across gender and supporting authentic (post-heroic) leadership styles. I also facilitate women's groups inside and outside businesses.
