How did you learn about Art of Hosting (please add the date and place) and what attracted you to it?: A friend of mine participated in The Art of Hosting training in Amsterdam (Spring 2015) and he shared his experience with me.

Tell us about your experience with Art of Hosting as part of your life and work. What would you say your competence in it is? (new, starting practitioner, experienced practitioner, steward): I'm involved in Agile approach to delivering software for years now. Many practices that are applied to facilitate meetings are using similar techniques to AOH. I'm also involved in Nonviolent Communication (as a coach and mediator). During intensive NVC training I experienced Open Space format for 10 days, and it was love from the first sight. I'd say I am starting practitioner in general and experienced within my specialization.

What is the primary field/topic/focus in your hosting work?: Wisdom of crowds, cultivating team spirit, constructive conflict transformation, sensing tensions early.

Where do you live/work?: Zurich, Switzerland with plans to relocate to Singapore in 2016

Are there interests/passions that you'd like to share?: "Reinventing Organizations" - purpose driven organizations, "Holacracy", Nonviolent Communication NVC at workplace, Agile Leadership
