- How did you learn about Art of Hosting (please add the date and place) and what attracted you to it?
- I had my first professional traning at the European Forum Alpbach in 2016. As a coordinator I am at the intersection of managing groups of people as well as meetings. The approach has been an inspration to harvest collective insights in my daily work life.
- Tell us about your experience with Art of Hosting as part of your life and work. What would you say your competence in it is? (new, starting practitioner, experienced practitioner, steward)
- Since 2016 up until 2021 I have been using and practicing these methods within my daily work. It can be either hosting various meeting tapping into the common methods: circles, appreciative inquiry, world cafe. I have practicing dialogues.
- What is the primary field/topic/focus in your hosting work?
- Purposeful transformation of organizations
