- How did you learn about Art of Hosting (please add the date and place) and what attracted you to it?
- People from my co-working space talked about it. It was in the newly opened Hub Munich.
- Tell us about your experience with Art of Hosting as part of your life and work. What would you say your competence in it is? (new, starting practitioner, experienced practitioner, steward)
- I run similar projects in munich on a smaller scale. Around 50 people meeting every 3 month in an open weekend for encounters and good conversation. We also give each other workshops in whatever interests us.
- What is the primary field/topic/focus in your hosting work?
- Keeping atmosphere open, maintaining frame for a high level of individual initiative, avoiding group pressure and negative dynamics.
