Learned about AoH from a friend. Was attracted by the potential of systemchange through participatory processes.

I'm an experienced practitioner. I have been part of the calling, organising and hosting team of several AoH trainings.
What is the primary field/topic/focus in your hosting work?
I focus on helping organisations to practice participatory leadership and self organisation. I

Copenhagen
Are there interests/passions that you'd like to share?
I'm interested in how to grow individual leadership, collective leadership and self organisation in order to make more meaningful workplaces and contribute to a resilient, sustainable and equitable world.
