How did you learn about Art of Hosting (please add the date and place) and what attracted you to it?
I first participated in Art of Hosting in the Netherlands 2004. It was a number of people connected to the field that drew me closer. I got more inspired while volunteering at the Shire being supported by Tim Merry. I met many great people and it inspired me to find my way in the field.
Tell us about your experience with Art of Hosting as part of your life and work. What would you say your competence in it is? (new, starting practitioner, experienced practitioner, steward)
I am a practitioner both in life and work. I host participatory processes in Estonia. With some colleagues created a long term art of participatory leadership programme which has been a platform for the development of a small community of practitioners in Estonia.
