How did you learn about Art of Hosting (please add the date and place) and what attracted you to it?
I was working with Alenka, Tim and Toke as we named the first training "Art of Hosting" in the spring of 2003, but have been on this path since 1994/1995 together with Monica and Toke. The attraction have always been "how to practise participatory leadership?" - in living organizations...
Tell us about your experience with Art of Hosting as part of your life and work. What would you say your competence in it is? (new, starting practitioner, experienced practitioner, steward)
As the AOH is a part of my work and life, I feel I'm all of it... I see myself as a practioner in work, and a steward in life...
What is the primary field/topic/focus in your hosting work?
It must be participatory leadership - as this is the denominator for my work. It have been manifested as a consultant, as a trainer and coach, and as a ceo and projectmanager.
Where do you live/work?
I live in Denmark and this is were most of my work is right now.
Are there interests/passions that you'd like to share?
Non work related - it must the interest of fishing and other meditational to-do's and to-be's that makes me connect to the world inside and outside myself.
