How did you learn about Art of Hosting (please add the date and place) and what attracted you to it?
Through World Cafe.
Tell us about your experience with Art of Hosting as part of your life and work. What would you say your competence in it is? (new, starting practitioner, experienced practitioner, steward)
Starting but very interested. I believe that conversations, dialogue, questions add value and change things for the better. I am interested in contributing to making things better for myself and others in the world around me.
What is the primary field/topic/focus in your hosting work?
I live in the United States but I am originally from Ireland. Conflict has been a theme in my life and I see it as a positive thing for the most part. The challenge for most people is positive, and healthy conflict resolution - the challenge is creating the conversation. I am a Conflict Resolution Consultant. Resolving conflict and restoring relationships begins with a conversation.
Where do you live/work?
Charlotte, NC
Are there interests/passions that you'd like to share?
Great teams. organizations, communities, relationships.
