How did you learn about Art of Hosting (please add the date and place) and what attracted you to it?
Trained at Hazelwood House, Devon, 2009. I am attracted by the combination of different methods within an emergent framework.
Tell us about your experience with Art of Hosting as part of your life and work. What would you say your competence in it is? (new, starting practitioner, experienced practitioner, steward)
Experienced in many AOH elements (Ai, OST, World Cafe).
What is the primary field/topic/focus in your hosting work?
I am very interested in the metaphor of leader as host, and am working on a book on this topic. I host an online community about it - see below. I also use Solution Focused approaches, applied in organisational settings. I work with emergence in organisations, and teach SF to managers and coaches. I
Are there interests/passions that you'd like to share?
Improvisation - I am a jazz musician sometimes, playing sax and clarinet. I am a visiting research fellow in the philosophy of psychology at the University of Hertfordshire in the UK.
