You are invited to be in inquiry and learn together in a workshop setting as we explore the Groan Zone—that stage between divergence and convergence so often filled with uncertainty, discomfort, and fear. When navigated well, however, the Groan Zone can also provide an environment for creativity and for new possibilities to emerge.
We are facilitators, teachers, and coaches—not experts—who are curious about the Groan Zone. We designed a workshop to explore and surface insights on questions such as:
What is the Groan Zone? Under what circumstances does it appear?
What skills can help us manifest the creative potential of the Groan Zone?
How do we gracefully navigate the Groan Zone, whether as participant or discussion leader?
We believe in the power of group process. Our joint exploration at this workshop is intended to help us to better understand and work in the Groan Zone, stepping through its challenges and tapping into its energy and creativity.
