I'd like to invite you to a two-day workshop to learn visual processing methods to communicate in an inspiring and effective way.
Graphic facilitation combines deep listening, simple drawing technique and facilitation methodology to visualize complex processes and provides overview, shared language and ownership of a project, new strategy or conference.
In this two day workshop you will:
-Get introduced and start using the toolbox of a graphic facilitator
-Create your own database of icons
-Get insights to the theory behind Graphic Facilitation
-Immediately apply what you have learned to your project that will be the case study for you to practice the methods.
Designers, teachers, facilitators, architects, filmmakers, artists, students, coaches, leaders in sustainable development, communication, community development, complexity... and anyone else who wants to apply G.R in his or her work or daily life. The language of the workshop is English.
Tuesday the 10th and Wednesday the 11th of July, 2012 (9:00-16:30)
NGO and private: 340 EUR excl. VAT.
Business and Government: 550 EUR excl. VAT.
Anne Madsen is a Kaospilot, graduate of the school of process, project and personal leadership in Denmark. With her company 'DrawMore' she is doing and teaching graphic recording. With TOOLSforSCHOOLS she is passionately working on introducing participatory methodologies and creative practice in the public primary school system in Denmark.
The workshop is organized by The Flexible Platform, a network organization for The Natural Step that builds upon over 20 years of experience in helping organizations and communities accelerate change towards sustainability. We inspire, support and connect sustainability champions and change agents in municipalities and companies in order to build thriving sustainable organizations. Our goal for this workshop is to provide these people with new tools and methods for their projects and connect them to improve the impact of collaborative initiatives.
