How did you learn about Art of Hosting (please add the date and place) and what attracted you to it?: I learned about Art of Hosting in October of 2021 in Minnesota.
Tell us about your experience with Art of Hosting as part of your life and work. What would you say your competence in it is? (new, starting practitioner, experienced practitioner, steward): I recently attended an Art of Hosting training. I am beginning to practices the Art of Hosting practices. I have learned several of them during my MBA. The training reinforced the practices.
What is the primary field/topic/focus in your hosting work?: Wellbeing
Where do you live/work?: Duluth, MN
Are there interests/passions that you'd like to share?: I am interested in empowering others and myself to thrive! I enjoy spending time on the North Shores of Lake Superior where I hike, kayak, and bike with friends and family.
