- I needed new methods to entend and improve my repetoire. I was looking for methods to use with large groups to gather opinions. While looking for training on the World Café technique, I stumbled accross the Art of Hosting...
- Tell us about your experience with Art of Hosting as part of your life and work. What would you say your competence in it is? (new, starting practitioner, experienced practitioner, steward)
- My professional background includes language training in adult education, social work, womens' representation, conflict management, conflict counselling and mediation. I have just started to get to know the Art of Hosting and am in the process of incorporating it into my daily work in these areas.
- What is the primary field/topic/focus in your hosting work?
- Work with women workers in a university context with the aim of improving womens' perspectives, working conditions and atmosphere etc.
