How did you learn about Art of Hosting (please add the date and place) and what attracted you to it?: Heard about it from several people, now registered for the AoH-Training in Berlin in November, 18.-20.
Tell us about your experience with Art of Hosting as part of your life and work. What would you say your competence in it is? (new, starting practitioner, experienced practitioner, steward): I have participated in a bunch of workshops and group processes and I initiated a "circle of seven"-group (idea drawn from Otto Scharmer/Theory U), non AoH-specific so far, though. But I'd say I have a high sensitivity for interpersonal/group processes and would judge my competence as a starting practitioner.
What is the primary field/topic/focus in your hosting work?: I work for a foundation and the Global Ecovillage Network to support, connect and make visible places where a new culture is already being lived. I have a background in business/entrepreneurship, my main field of interest is deep systems work, leadership and evolutionary business.
