Have done trainings in Norway and Sweden in 2011, AOH Global GAthering in 2016, Brighton 2017
Tell us about your experience with Art of Hosting as part of your life and work. What would you say your competence in it is? (new, starting practitioner, experienced practitioner, steward)
Intermediate practitioner, have hosted several events as part of my masters programme in Sustainability change. use it extensively in my work as an Agile Coach and Change Agent in both community and organizational setting.
What is the primary field/topic/focus in your hosting work?
Sustainability change, stakeholder engagement, group facilitation using ICA Technology of Participation, Social Innovation Labs, Whole systems in a room.
Are there interests/passions that you'd like to share?
At the moment I am focusing on setting up various web sites - the guesthouse.live - a community of inquiry for change agents, shift.live - a prototype lab-in-box which can be cloned and adapted by any social lab, and now.school - an academy focusing of developing change agent capacities and skills using personal practice and in-field experimentation.
